DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
We are willing to participate in out-of-court dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. The competent authority is the General Consumer Arbitration Board of the Center for Mediation, Strassburger Strasse 8, 77694 Kehl am Rhein, www.verbraucher-schlichter.de.
